APRIL  FINAL  NOTICES

  

This is a friendly reminder on time payments were due by April 30th 2013 no later 4:30 PM.

 

Customers with balances on their accounts as of May 01st 2013 will be receiving Phone calls, Emails, and written

Final Notices mailed.  Please make sure your contact information is up to date with our office to ensure these

important reminders are received accordingly.

 

Customers must have payments into our office no later than May 9th at 4:30 PM EST.  *Please do not mail payments via US Postal Service or use E-Checks as there can be delays*

 

Disconnect day is May 10th 2013 beginning at 07:30AM. If your service is disconnected for non-payment, service will remain locked until the past due amount is paid in full including the reconnect fee of $20.00.  The disconnect list is not modified after it is released.. 

 

Reconnections will begin as soon as possible on May 10th 2013 in the order in which you pay.  Customers who pay their balances by 4:30PM EST. Please do not try and pay field staff, they are unable to accept payments.  We ask you contact our office for assistance.

-24-hour Emergency Call Center will not dispatch calls pertaining to broken backflow preventer’s.  Customers are asked to call an approved Backflow Technician

Water Conservation

The South Florida Water Management District is a regional governmental agency that oversees the water resources in the southern half of the state, covering 16 counties from Orlando to the Florida Keys and serving a population of 7.5 million residents.

It is the oldest and largest of the state's five water management districts. Created in 1949, the agency is responsible for managing and protecting water resources of South Florida by balancing and improving water quality, flood control, natural systems and water supply.
