Dear Valued Customers:

 

Our records do not show a payment was made for your account by the deadline of December 30th 2011 by 4:30 PM EST.

 

This is a friendly reminder, if you have not already made payment on your account; please do so no later than January 9th 2012 by 4:30 PM EST.  Disconnection day is scheduled for January 10th 2012 starting at 07:30 AM EST.  

 

If you have made payment after December 30th 2011, please call 239-596-4088 or email our office at customerservice@orangetreeutility.com to confirm your account is paid in full.  If you need to make a payment you can visit our website www.orangetreeutility.com and pay your bill online. 

 

Again, if you have not made a payment for the December Billing please remember the following:

  • Payment needs to be received by our office no later than 4:30PM on 1/9/12
  • Do not use e-check as a method of payment
  • Do not mail in payment as we may not receive it by the deadline
  • We can not process payments over the phone

 

All customer accounts carrying a balance as of 12/31/11 will be receiving and email reminder, phone call reminder, and a Final Notice mailed.   If you have any questions regarding this notice, please feel free to call our office at 239-596-4088.

-24-hour Emergency Call Center will not dispatch calls pertaining to broken backflow preventer’s.  Customers are asked to call an approved Backflow Technician

Water Conservation

The South Florida Water Management District is a regional governmental agency that oversees the water resources in the southern half of the state, covering 16 counties from Orlando to the Florida Keys and serving a population of 7.5 million residents.

It is the oldest and largest of the state's five water management districts. Created in 1949, the agency is responsible for managing and protecting water resources of South Florida by balancing and improving water quality, flood control, natural systems and water supply.
