PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER

To: The residents of The Groves at Orange Blossom Community


The 10/02/16 Precautionary Boil Water Notice is Hereby Rescinded

 

We apologize for the inconvenience this recent event has caused our customers.


Orange Tree Utility received satisfactory bacteriological results from the water quality samples taken within the community.


Orange Tree Utility customers located within the Groves at Orange Blossom community are no longer required to boil their water used for consumption or general cleaning.

-No water (for greater than 5 mins and not relating to backflow preventers),
-Low water pressure,
-Sewer back up,
-Lift Station alarms
-24-hour Emergency Call Center will not dispatch calls pertaining to broken backflow preventer’s.  Customers are asked to call an approved Backflow Technician


* reporting a false emergency will result in assessed penalties to your account.
** the call center is unable to take payments, discuss billing related matters, or customer complaints.

Water Conservation
