This is a friendly reminder on time payments were due by April 30th 2012 by 4:30 PM.
Accounts carrying a balance forward into April will be receiving Phone calls, Emails, and Final Notices as long as their updated information has been received in our office.
The last day for customers who missed the April billing deadline have until May 7th 2012 at 4:30 PM EST to get payment into the office. *Please do not mail payments via US Postal Service or use E-Checks as there can be delays*
Customers who still have a balance on their account as of 4:30 PM EST on May 7th 2012 will be on the disconnect list for May 08th 2012 beginning at 07:30 AM EST. Once on the disconnect list all customers must pay a $20.00 reconnect fee. The disconnect list is not modified after it is released.
Reconnections will begin as soon as possible on April 10th 2012. Please do not try and pay field staff, they are unable to accept payments. We ask you contact our office for assistance.

-No water (for greater than 5 mins and not relating to backflow preventers),

-24-hour Emergency Call Center will not dispatch calls pertaining to broken backflow preventer’s. Customers are asked to call an approved Backflow Technician
