Dear Valued Customers,

In the February Billing Statements, customers received a copy of our 2011 Consumer Confidence Report, or our annual water quality report. 

This was provided as an insert for your review.  If you did not see this included with your monthly Billing Statement, we have posted a copy on this site under Quality Reports link above.

February bills are due by 2/29/2012 by 4:30 PM EST.  Customers who pay after that deadline will receive a Final Notice, providing them five (5) additional business days to pay.  

** in the event of an after hours emergency involving no water, low water pressure, lift station alarming, or sewer back up please call 239-498-3260.

Dear customers,

You may have received a notice in the mail, via email or a recorded phone message indicating your account has a past due balance as of Jan 31st, 2012 at 4:30pm EST.  If you received this message, it is important you please contact us to obtain your past due balance and make a payment either in our offices or online no later than Wednesday Feb 8th, 2012 by 4:30pm EST. 

Any account left unpaid after this deadline will be disconnected begining Thursday morning Feb 9th at 7:30am.  If you are disconnected, a $20 restoration fee plus the past due balance must be paid in order to restore service.

Water Conservation

The South Florida Water Management District is a regional governmental agency that oversees the water resources in the southern half of the state, covering 16 counties from Orlando to the Florida Keys and serving a population of 7.5 million residents.

It is the oldest and largest of the state's five water management districts. Created in 1949, the agency is responsible for managing and protecting water resources of South Florida by balancing and improving water quality, flood control, natural systems and water supply.
