Customer Service Hours are Monday-Friday 08:00am-12:00 noon to 1:00pm-5:00pm

24-hour Emergency Call Center will not dispatch calls pertaining to broken backflow preventer’s.  Customers are asked to call an approved Backflow Technician selected from our list of contractors. (see link: Forms: 2008 Annual Backflow Certification Program)

After hour calls pertaining to
No water (for greater than 5 mins and not relating to backflow preventers),
Low water pressure,
Sewer back up,
Lift Station in Alarm

* reporting a false emergency will result in assessed penalties to your account.
** the call center is unable to take payments, discuss billing related matters, or customer complaints.

Boil water notices are common in Southwest Florida, caused by water main breaks, construction mistakes, disruptions at the water treatment plant and natural disasters like floods and hurricanes. The typical notice is issued as a precaution until water samples can be collected and analyzed. Water Conservation

The South Florida Water Management District is a regional governmental agency that oversees the water resources in the southern half of the state, covering 16 counties from Orlando to the Florida Keys and serving a population of 7.5 million residents.

It is the oldest and largest of the state's five water management districts. Created in 1949, the agency is responsible for managing and protecting water resources of South Florida by balancing and improving water quality, flood control, natural systems and water supply.
