Customers can enroll within either a bank draft or credit card debit program. Customers accounts will be drafted five (5) business days before the final day to pay.
These programs allow our customers the reassurance their services will not be disconnected and their accounts will not be recognized as late.
In the event the monthly debit is processed and it is declined, staff will contact the customers to advise of the matter and offer another method of payment. Customer accounts will be charged a return payment fee.
Please download the appropriate form below and return to our offices to enroll in a program
In order to process requests, we must receive the originally completed documents.
Customers can either mail or hand deliver the completed documents to our office during customer service hours.
Please note documents must be fully completed in order to make changes to an account.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY and need to contact us, please call our main number, 239-596-4088. It is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
